Florida – A dog that had been shot and tied to railroad tracks was saved by Tampa, Fla., cops who were able to stop an oncoming train before it ran the pooch over.
The female mixed-breed dog was tied to the tracks with a belt and had been shot twice in the neck and once above the right shoulder, according to police. More
