Norfolk, Virginia - A couple said they had sex in the middle of a parking lot Wednesday because, well, alcohol.
Despite being easily spotted from the road in the middle of the day, Kimberly M. Jackson (picture) and Earl Palmer carried on before Palmer passed out, he told WTKR News Channel 3.
"She had needs, I had needs, it just happened," he said.
Jackson, who was charged with public drunkenness, told a reporter that she had no fear of getting caught, even with a daycare and the busy Military Crossing shopping center nearby. "The alcohol made me think that I wouldn't." More
