Boy hanging from side of cliff calls emergency number for help - and is put on hold for over an hour


UK - A terrified boy of 16 dialled 999 for help after clinging to the side of a cliff for more than an hour - and was put on hold.
Terry Price was holding on to the sheer cliff wall at Uphill, Somerset, after seeing his mate, Roy Williams, 18, plunge 40ft to the ground.
The petrified teenager was too scared to climb down in case he fell too so he called for help using his mobile phone.
