LOS ANGELES CA - Shortly after a Los Angeles judge called Britney Spears a habitual user of alcohol and drugs, the pop singer was out club-hopping all night, a report said. The judge overseeing Spears' custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline over their two small sons Tuesday ordered Spears to undergo random, twice-weekly drug and alcohol tests. Later that night, she was followed by a pack of paparazzi as she hit the West Hollywood club scene with singer Avril Lavigne and Spears's friend, Alli Sims, People.com reported.
