Cops Nab Grandpa Accused of Using Granddaughter to Steal Purse


SEASIDE HEIGHTS, N.J. - Police in Connecticut have arrested a man they say was videotaped using his 4-year-old granddaughter to steal a purse from an arcade in Seaside Heights, New Jersey.
Seaside Heights police say 52-year-old Daniel Twomey was arrested at 10:15 a.m. this morning in a McDonald's parking lot in the Connecticut town of Riverside.
