ATLANTA GA - Customs agents in Atlanta said nay to a person trying to smuggle a small horse inside a dog crate from Germany to Guatemala. Officials at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport said the passenger who bright the small show horse onto a plane apparently was trying to pass the horse off as a dog, Atlanta television station WGCL reported Wednesday.
