GRANITE CITY, Illinois - Two Granite City teenagers are accused of killing a homeless man for his can of beer. Madison County prosecutors charged 17-year-old Joseph Raines and 18-year-old Brandon Bouck yesterday with first-degree murder and robbery. The body of 58-year-old Thomas Muffler was found last Friday after he collapsed in a Granite City driveway.
