Two teen burglars find a shotgun in a house - One shot dead - The other charged with murder


Tucson, Arizona - A Cochise County teen who's facing second-degree-murder charges accidentally shot his friend after they broke into a Hereford home Friday morning, according to information released by the Cochise County Sheriff's Department Tuesday morning.
Nicholas Michael Murphy, 16, remains at the Cochise County jail on a $250,000 bond.
Murphy told detectives during an interview that he and Josh Olson, 16, were in a residence in the 2800 block of Homestead Road in Hereford, which is between Sierra Vista and Bisbee, when they found a shotgun, the release says.
