OMAHA, Nebraska - A 3-year-old Lincoln boy wandered away from his home in the middle of the night and was rescued by a level 3 sex offender, capital city police said on Tuesday.
The boy's mother, who does not want to be identified, said the family was sleeping just before 3 a.m. Tuesday when her son old got out of the apartment wearing only a diaper.
