VISALIA, California - Evelyn Causer had a funny feeling when a woman came into her store claiming to be from Kaweah Delta Hospital and offering to sell flu shots.
"We thought it was strange," said Causer, who has operated her medical uniform store Sassy Threads on South Court Street for about four years.
