Pine Lawn, Missouri - Telvin McKinney stopped into the Crown Food Mart after school Tuesday to buy some chips or cookies. The clerk noticed his plaid boxers peeking out of his low-riding pants, just as a police car was parking outside the store. "You better pull them pants up," she warned Telvin, 16.
