Bomb squad blows up Halloween costume


Florida - Police in Orlando detonated a suspicious device at the Orange County Regional History Center, which was the second in Downtown Orlando Thursday afternoon. The package was found in the courtyard outside the history center. Police believed there was a PVC pipe inside. The area around the history center was shut down during the investigation.
