Ada, Idaho - Ada County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Star woman Thursday in the 700 block of North Nebula after discovering her children were living in deplorable conditions.
Pamela Joan Fargo, 43, of Star was booked into the Ada County Jail on two charges of felony injury to a child. She is being held on a $2,500 bond.
While following up on a previous investigation, detectives went to a home in the 700 block of North Nebula to speak with a woman and two teenage boys living there.
