PHOENIX ― Phoenix Police have detained a 13-year-old boy after he allegedly pointed a laser at a police helicopter Monday evening.Phoenix police say the helicopter was hit with a bright green laser light.The air unit officers circled around to see where the laser was coming from.Patrol officers found the suspect in the backyard of a central Phoenix residence with a green laser light in his possession.
