Butcher Shop Owner: Off-Duty Officer Pulled Out Gun Over Improperly Seasoned Jerky


VANCOUVER, Washington - A Vancouver police officer is on paid administrative leave after witnesses said he flew into a rage and pulled out a gun at a local butcher shop.
