Deputy stopped twice for doing more than 70 mph in 45 mph zones


Florida - Pinellas County sheriff's Deputy Michael J. Spinelli was doing 79 mph in a 45 mph stretch, in the rain, in a construction zone, in his marked patrol cruiser, in Putnam County. An internal affairs investigation released this week found Spinelli violated agency rules, not only by speeding, but also by taking the cruiser outside the county without permission.
