Putnam County, West Virginia - "No one was shot, he just was drunk," says Putnam County Sheriff Mark L. Smith. "Fired some shots at his grandkids. They called, and my guys went over there about 4:00 (a.m.) and got him out of the trailer."
"He" is Leroy Wendall Bowling, 50, of Heizer Creek.
"None of my guys fired any shots," Smith says.
