DESTIN, Florida — It’s hard to deny biting your buddy when there’s blood on your lips. An Okaloosa County deputy reported seeing three men involved in an argument in the middle of the street near a Destin Winn Dixie store. He approached the men, at least two of whom were vagrants, and noticed that one man was bleeding from the mouth, an incident report said. Another man reported that the man with the bloody mouth had bitten his hand “for no apparent reason,” the report said.
