WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah - Police say a West Valley City woman was held captive for nearly three weeks. She managed to escape, but told police a horror story of her captivity. Police say the woman was chained to the engine whenever her so-called boyfriend left the place. And the apartment was also sealed shut. The woman claimed her boyfriend was abusing her and the evening before, the beatings lasted all night.
