SHEBOYGAN, Wisconsin - A 30-year-old man has been charged with sneaking into the bedroom of a sleeping 2-year-old and stealing $20 from her piggy bank.
Ryan A. Mueller, of Sheboygan Falls, was charged Thursday with burglary, after DNA evidence allegedly linked him to the Aug. 10 crime in the town of Wilson.
