Bizarre: Former officer fined $1 after being found guilty of misconduct - Has up to a year to pay up


BEREA, Kentucky - A former central Kentucky police officer guilty of official misconduct has been hit with a not-so devastating fine by a Madison County jury. Former Berea Police Lt. Billy Beavers was fined $1 on Thursday after a jury ruled he broke the rules by not filing a use-of-force report following the arrest of a suspect last July.
