OSSINING, New York - A man accused of burglarizing a minimart fled onto the grounds of Sing Sing state prison and got stopped by a corrections officer this morning. Blake Leak, a homeless 23-year-old who has 24 prior arrests, was charged with two felony counts of third-degree burglary, misdemeanor resisting arrest and related crimes, Ossining police Detective Lt.
