WEST PALM BEACH, Florida - The Palm Beach County Public Defender's Office has been reopened after hazardous materials crews determined powder found in a letter sent from the county jail was rice cereal, WPBF News 25 reported. "After secondary tests on the product that was found in the envelope, we determined that it was some sort of rice cereal product and that it was non bio-hazardous," West Palm Beach Fire-Rescue spokesman Phil Kaplan said.
