Nutty: School principal wants gun buyback program for kids - She is an elementary school principal


Cleveland - Plans are in the works for a gun buyback program for children. Valerie Flowers is Principal of Empire CompuTech Elementary School in Cleveland. She's calling for a gun buyback program for kids, and is hoping City Hall can help make it a reality. Under her proposal, Flowers says children could turn in their firearms money or possibly a gift card, in an effort to get guns off the streets. She reports that some children are getting firearms for protection because of Cleveland’s high crime rate.
