TAMPA, Florida - Two people were jailed this morning after police say they beat a blind and disabled woman and then stole her care-giver's cell phone.Police said Jimmie L. Williams, 44 (right), and Aiesha J. Williams, 29 (left), approached the front door of a second-floor Tampa apartment about 4:30 a.m. The apartment's occupant, a 48-year-old legally blind and disabled woman, came to the door, according to an arrest report.
