MERRITT ISLAND, Florida - Authorities say a man accidentally ran over his wife after a drunken argument over who should drive near Cape Canaveral. Florida state troopers say Richard Zubowicz thought his wife Becky was too drunk to drive. So they pulled into a grocery store parking lot to argue Thursday. Richard Zubowicz allegedly pushed his wife to the ground, circled the parking lot in his sport utility vehicle and ran her over.
