Austin, Texas - Augustine Salazar, 39, was arrested at his parole officer’s office in Georgetown in April of 2007 on new charges for kidnapping and assault out of Travis County. Salazar was very near completing a 12 year sentence for “false imprisonment”. An officer found over 10 grams of cocaine in a plastic baggie, marijuana and a set of car lock picks in his car.
