UK - A LEADING Buddhist monk was killed by a giant lawnmower with faulty brakes, an inquest heard.
The Rev Gyosei Handa, 50, had chased after the machine when it pulled away from him.
He caught up with the mower but slipped and fell under the blades as he tried to climb into the cab.
