Good News - Bad News: Sex offender wins $10 million lottery - Facing charges for not letting state know he moved


Massachusetts - Luck is running out for a high-risk sex offender living in Uxbridge who scratched off a winning $10 million lottery ticket, but now could face charges for not letting Connecticut authorities know he moved out of state.
Daniel T. Snay, 56, a Level 3 sex offender who was convicted in Massachusetts four times in the 1970s and 1980s, paid $20 for what turned out to be one of just 10 winning tickets in the Billion Dollar Blockbuster game. On Jan. 30, Snay received the first of 20, $500,000 annual checks, according to the lottery.
