VIRGINIA BEACH - Police arrested a man in a grocery store parking lot after they say he put nude pictures of himself near people's cars.
According to police, a man and his young daughter came out of a Harris Teeter on the Oceanfront Tuesday to find the nude photographs on his car. The suspect, Robert B.
