Florida - A 50-year-old man known for public intoxication in Niceville showed up recently at the Waffle House on John Sims Parkway. According to a Niceville Police Department report, Waffle House employees called for help after the man began to change clothes in the middle of the restaurant. An employee asked the man to change in the bathroom. When he came out of the bathroom, he stated he was going outside to smoke a cigarette, according to the report.
