
SACRAMENTO, California — A 75-year-old man has been sentenced to life in prison for his third killing — this one the slaying of a disabled man in a dispute over the dining schedule at their senior home.
Jesse Moe Young was convicted of killing 61-year-old Donald DeSaix last year at their senior apartment complex in Sacramento. Young waited for his victim after their dispute, then fatally stabbed him in the chest.
