HOUSTON, Texas - A Houston judge sided with a woman who wanted to annul her marriage and divorce after finding out her ex-husband was actually a woman. Jennifer Jack's Attorney London O'Dowd also told the judge Wednesday Jack wants to revoke ex-husband Andrew Mireles' right to see the two kids they raised together during their 7-year marriage. Jack, who claims Mireles never told her he actually was born as Phyllis Ann Mireles, has said she doesn't want her children being raised in a lie.
