WEST PALM BEACH — An 18-year-old was arrested on a felony charge of cruelty to animals Tuesday after detectives say he confessed to killing a goose that was a beloved pet for a family west of Lantana.
Debbie Parker and her children said the pet goose Lily was part of the family and even posed for their Christmas card. They painted her toenails red, and dressed her up in a bandana.
