Little Children Found Wandering alone in a suburban downtown - No adult called to report them missing for at least an hour and a half


PORT CHESTER, New York - Two toddlers slipped out of their apartment and wandered alone in a suburban downtown, and no adult called to report them missing for at least an hour and a half, police said. The 3-year-old girl and 4-year-old boy apparently got out of their Midland Avenue apartment through a back door while their 23-year-old mother was giving their newborn sibling a bath Tuesday afternoon, police said.
