MILFORD— To the cheers of more than 200 people who packed Town Hall last night, the Zoning Board of Appeals rejected a request to allow adult entertainment in Doc’s Sports Bar. The board based its decision on the fact that the rear, wooded portion of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery is within 400 feet of Doc’s property line. The cemetery is zoned residential. The town’s zoning code says any adult entertainment facility has to be farther than 400 feet from a residential zone.
