A former Naval Academy officer who testified yesterday that she worked as a prostitute for the so-called "D.C. Madam" likely will be dismissed from the Navy, a Pentagon spokesman said this morning. Cmdr. Dickinson, 38 and a Tennessee native, testified that in late 2005 and 2006 she worked for an escort service run by Deborah Jeane Palfrey.
