FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida - Five homeless men say a Broward County man chased them with a chainsaw. No charges have been filed against 49-year-old Stephen Sticht. He was ordered to stay away from the men and give up his saw. The men told police "the Chainsaw Man" ran after them with the chainsaw through fields and over railroad tracks. They say he even fired shots at them. Records show Sticht chased someone with a chainsaw in 1999. More...
