SAN ANTONIO, Texas — A man shot and killed his wife's doctor Friday outside a medical office building, then was shot by a police officer who saw the husband standing over the woman with a gun, authorities said.
The suspect was listed in critical condition after undergoing surgery, University Hospital spokesman Leni Kirkman said.
