PORTSMOUTH — A mother who dropped her toddler while six times the legal limit for intoxication in 2007 was sentenced to a year in jail Tuesday, for violating her probation by getting arrested Easter Sunday for driving while intoxicated. Holly Spreen, 35, was brought from the Strafford County House of Corrections to Portsmouth District Court April 9, when the court was presented with a sentencing agreement mandating a 30-day deferred jail sentence and an 11-month suspended sentence both be imposed.
