VOLUSIA COUNTY, Florida - A Daytona Beach Police sergeant was hospitalized Friday after a bizarre accident. Sergeant Eugene Moss a 19-year veteran of the force was helping with an investigation around noon when a large tree branch fell and stuck him in the head.
