NEW CASTLE, Delaware - Police said a man in his 40s faked a sickness and lured a waitress into a diner bathroom before stealing her tip money.
Investigators learned that Leonard Johnson, 44, of McMullen Avenue in New Castle, was eating at the Golden Dove Diner at about 1:30 a.m. when he started acting sick. Johnson allegedly asked his waitress, a 23-year-old female, if she could show him where the bathroom was and then he pulled her into the lavatory, put his hand over her mouth and stole tip money from her apron.
