Utah - A tractor-trailer rolled over while crossing a bridge causing it to hang over the Provo River. The accident occurred in a location close Angel’s Landing in the Provo Canyon. The only thing preventing the tractor from falling over the side and crashing into the river was a safety chain that snagged the guard rail. More...
