JACKSONVILLE, Florida - A Jacksonville woman is facing charges for stealing from a dead man. Police say back in November, 59-year old Paul Douglas was found dead in his home on the Northside. Witnesses told police 33-year old Paula Ariail had gone into Raborn's home several times.
