GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -- A mother-to-be heading for the hospital Sunday morning ended up having her child in a Dairy Queen parking lot in Grand Junction. The woman was being driven to the hospital when she went into labor, KKCO-TV reported. The driver pulled off into the Dairy Queen parking lot near the Interstate 70 Business Loop and 30 Road and called 911. Firefighters with the Clifton Fire Protection District arrived just before the newborn baby girl. More...
