Woman Shot After Neighbors Argue Over Electricity Theft


Tennessee - A dispute between neighbors over theft of electrical power resulted in a shooting that sent a woman to the hospital on Wednesday. Police said 23-year-old Krystal Giles was shot in the hip around 2 p.m. after her neighbor, John Thomas Shipley, opened fire on her in front of her E. 18th Street home. Ms. Giles and Shipley had an argument over Shipley's accusation that she was stealing electrical power. More...
