Tennessee - A dispute between neighbors over theft of electrical power resulted in a shooting that sent a woman to the hospital on Wednesday. Police said 23-year-old Krystal Giles was shot in the hip around 2 p.m. after her neighbor, John Thomas Shipley, opened fire on her in front of her E. 18th Street home.
