A defense attorney says a young Philadelphia area couple accused of stealing the identities of more than 16 people to live a lavish lifestyle and travel the world have agreed to plead guilty to federal charges. The lawyer, Ronald Greenblatt, tells The Associated Press that 22-year-old Jocelyn Kirsch will plead guilty to six counts, including two counts of aggravated identity theft, one count of bank fraud and one count of money laundering.
