HOSCHTON, Georgia - In hopes of tripling its scarecrow population, the city of Hoschton will try to break the Guinness World Record for "Most Scarecrows in One Location." The title currently belongs to the Cincinnati Horticultural Society's Cincinnati Flower and Farm Fest, which has held the record since Oct. 12, 2003, when 3,311 scarecrows were gathered. More...
