AUBURN, Washington - An Amtrak train hit and killed a pedestrian near Emerald Downs in Auburn, said police. An adult white male was talking on his cell phone while walking between the tracks northbound in the 1200 to 1400 block of C Street Northwest in Auburn, according to police.
