Michigan - A naked Ann Arbor man is accused of breaking into a 10th floor downtown apartment from the high-rise balcony this morning - but police say they don't know how or why he got up there. A resident of Huron Towers Apartments at 2200 Fuller Ct. called police about 1:30 a.m. to report a man breaking through the sliding glass balcony door, said Detective Sgt. Richard Kinsey.
